You’ll get to know the family and care for their pet year after year-from providing reliable care to wellness visits to being the first call when something just feels off.

The ideal candidate is a veterinarian with a passion for high-quality medicine and wellness care. They value a collaborative approach to veterinary medicine, thrive in team-oriented environments, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. With excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, they foster strong client relationships and contribute to a supportive and cohesive workplace.
Experience & Skills Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
• Active veterinary license in good standing in the state where they intend to be hired (must be obtained prior to the start date)
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain DEA licensure

Thrive Charlotte - Mallard Creek is a general practice located in Charlotte, North Carolina, focusing on primary care services including wellness and preventive care, surgery, vaccinations, and diagnostic testing. Our hospital is staffed by a compassionate, professional team dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and supporting the families who love them.

We believe all pets are family and deserve the best care. Our team is highly skilled, well-trained, and enjoys a schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Hospital Hours:
We are open Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Thursday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
