Job Description Summary
The Enterprise Architect is accountable for the architecture and successful implementation of advanced technology solutions The person must embody a Make it Happen Attitude and be a firm believer in the principles of the Sunbelt 6. Additionally, should demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Defines the technology architecture blueprint and establish road maps to provide solutions that are scalable for global deployment
- Takes responsibility and accountability for maximizing the value of the technology investment
- Establish Enterprise Architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development, deployment, Testing, and maintenance of technologies. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Prepares proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of technology solutions
- Performs Proof of Concept and Proof of Technology
- Responsible for synchronizing business needs with best fit technology systems
- Responsible for synergizing cross-program/cross-project architecture strategies, opportunities and problem resolution
- Serves as the project "auditor" to ensure conformance and compliance of projects and programs with architect guidelines
- Responsible for authoring and maintaining architectural artifacts
- Responsible for research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the enterprise
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience plus at least 4 years of experience in solution and enterprise architecture and design patterns
- Includes experience in implementing end-to-end solutions
- Experience within a comparably sized or larger multi-national company
- Experience in working effectively with business functional teams, remote development teams, and cloud hosted or SaaS vendors and partners
- Experience in vendor negotiation and management for software development and services
- Demonstrated ability in taking ownership and driving results
- Experience in working with C level executive business leaders to understand business models, strategies and priorities
- Excellent Knowledge of integrating multiple SaaS/PaaS/On-perm solutions to create the Best of Breed architecture
- Experience and functional knowledge with CRM, Warehouse Management, Order Management, eCommerce and MarTech stack
- Knowledge of both headful and headless implementation
- Knowledge of REST service implementation
- Experience with MuleSoft, SalesForce Sales and Service Cloud, AEM, Magento will be a plus
- Knowledge of latest security and privacy concepts
- Demonstrated business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals
- Proven capabilities in influencing and negotiating priorities and work sequencing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to conduct executive-level presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists
- Ability to effectively lead change
- Ability to deliver consistently under deadlines and execute with minimal direction
- Excellent conceptual, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to periodically travel
- Experience in a regulatory setting preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $113,342.00 - 155,845.80
