Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available: overnight
Compensation: $22.00/hr and up tp $25.00/hr depending on experience

Principal Accountabilities:
- Collect, measure and weigh samples of materials of specific products based of defined procedures and specifications
- Test and conduct analysis of raw materials, in process or finished product using defined procedures and specifications
- Complete documentation and maintain records testing results with regular guidance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area through knowledge and practice of safe and efficient food and safety practices
- Accurately perform and record monitoring activities, process verifications, and audits throughout the facility including raw material audits, documenting deviations and/or recording corrective actions taken
- Monitoring and enforcing all plant specific and corporate food safety programs
- Prepare samples and perform product and/or material testing
- Perform environmental swabbing
- Performing pre-operational inspections and along with performing quality monitoring of product and processes
- Documenting and maintaining record keeping utilizing a computer as necessary
- Auditing supplies to maintain inventory and designing and implementing new procedures and/or techniques
- Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a production related work
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Food Manufacturing
- Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklift
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
