Description
Mercyhealth System in Janesville, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our outstanding Oncology team serving Southern Wisconsin.Join a comprehensive, fully integrated cancer program within a collaborative, award-winning healthcare system and play a key role in advancing radiation oncology services for the region.
Opportunity:
- Competitive base salary: $640,000 to $720,000

Departmental Scope:
Join a comprehensive and collaborative Oncology team, including:
- Hematologists
- Medical Oncologists
- Radiation Oncologists
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Dedicated Oncology Nursing team
- Social Worker
- Oncology Manager and Director
Practice within a modern oncology facility offering:
- Multidisciplinary tumor board participation
- Coordinated cancer care model
- Integrated imaging and diagnostic services
- Close collaboration with surgical oncology and medical oncology
Ideal candidate will:
- Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Take a team-focused, patient-centered approach
- Demonstrate interest in program growth and community engagement
- Provide leadership within the radiation oncology service line
Qualifications:
- MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
- Strong commitment to high-quality, evidence-based cancer care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary oncology team
Compensation & Benefits:
