Annapolis Internal Medicine is a long-established, physician-owned adult primary care practice in Annapolis, Maryland, seeking a  physician to join our group in the fall season of 2026.

Practice Overview

8 physician partners, 13 APPs

Integrated care model with care management, behavioral health, and nutrition

Same-day clinic separates urgent care from primary care schedules

Position Highlights

4-day clinical workweek

Adult patients only

No hospital rounding or admissions

Minimal shared call

1 Saturday morning/month during year one (panel building)

Support Structure

Dedicated 1:1 medical assistant

APP support for clinical care

Care management team handles complex coordination

Pre-visit planning and streamlined workflows

AI-assisted documentation and inbox support (physician-reviewed)

Compensation & Benefits

 $260,000 base salary plus productivity bonus.  Earning potential $300,000 or more.

Relocation assistance dependent on location

401(k) with 3% safe harbor contribution. Does not require a matching contribution.

Eligible 1st of the month following 90 days - 100% vested.

CME allowance and 5 days paid time off for in-person attendance

Health benefits (75% employer-paid for employee for silver level plan. Can upgrade.)
