Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Representative supports customer service operations for a single-site team of moderate scale. In this role, you will help optimize and monitor shipping and returns processes, process customer orders (including more complex requests), and resolve order- or delivery-related issues.
The role implies working in a hybrid model with mandatory 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract of 2 years.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain accurate systems and working relationships to support customer demand forecasting and manage shipment- and inventory-related data
Communicate with customers regarding order status, invoices, contract balances, and other information required to complete sales transactions
Execute customer service processes and standards, including monitoring and maintaining order timelines
Support continuous improvement initiatives and service commitments, applying a foundational understanding of customer service practices and procedures
Resolve routine customer issues independently and escalate more complex matters to appropriate team members or stakeholders
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel at a basic level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience interacting with customers and resolving service-related issues
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a customer- and business-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Good command of the English language
Prior experience in a customer service or related role (e.g., sales support, order management, customer operations)
