The Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting emergency and trauma radiologists.
Under new leadership, the Department is undergoing a dynamic transformation building on its longstanding legacy of excellence. The Department has a new competitive compensation plan (with performance-based incentives) coupled with a focus on faculty flexibility in schedules and staffing.

Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland is the nation’s first and only fully integrated trauma hospital, dedicated to treating critically ill and injured patients.
Multiple schedule types: mixed-shift schedules vs blocks of clinical shifts followed by time off. Range of 91 to 180 shifts per year.
Customizable options: 7on-21off overnights (91 shifts/year), 7on-14off evenings (121 shifts/year), mixed day/evening shifts (150 shifts/year), or only daytime work (185 shifts/year).
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Signing bonus. Extra duty work is available for extra compensation. Match your income to your expectations.

Mix of hybrid onsite and remote work from MD is favored, however, we do offer remote only positions from MD, FL, AL, GA, TN.

Split divisional clinical work is possible and particularly sought after with neuroradiology.
