CDL Class A Regional Driver
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
In this role, you will safely operate a commercial motor vehicle while ensuring timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries. You will represent the company on the road, maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
What You Can Expect
Regional routes with at least 2 overnight stays per week
No weekend work

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL Class A vehicle in compliance with all DOT, federal, and state regulations
Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
Inspect vehicle and equipment before and after trips
Maintain delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age: 21
Valid CDL Class A license
Valid DOT Medical Card
Clean driving record
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening

Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Must pass DMV certification administered by a truck leasing company
Experience & Skills
Basic proficiency with technology (email, text, tablets)
Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and road signage
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and remain alert while driving for up to 11 hours
Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 75 lbs)
Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
Use of dollies, carts, and handling deliveries across various surfaces
Combination of standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the day
